Natural Perfume Making
Have you ever wondered how to blend scents and perfume, but didn't know how and where to start?
Creating natural scents is creative and methodical. It is part science and part intuition. It is allowing plants material to guide you as you delve into their vibrational and communicative power.
This 3-hour immersive workshop will give you the fundamental tools to start making natural scents on your own.
You will walk away understanding on:
• The various ways naturals scents are extracted from plants
• How to constructs a scent that lasts on skin (using the Pyramid scent structure)
• How to combine 2 or more scents together to create accords and perfumes (before mixing them in a bottle)
• How to formulate: carrier materials, safety, and perfume concentration, % calculation
• Establishing a nuanced language to describe scents
This workshops includes:
• 10-12 raw materials
• Scent strips, bottles, and recording sheets
• Handouts for resources (books, supplies, bottles, pipettes and scent strips)
About the instructor:
Efrat Rafaeli, the visionary behind Alix Clo, believes in redefining beauty at every stage of life. Drawing from her deep connection to nature, she merges ancient wisdom with modern skincare science.

Efrat combines her passion for natural ingredients with the expertise of formulation, the result is a range of potent, luxurious skincare and fragrances that not only delivers results but also feels like an indulgence for the senses.

By signing up for a class, you agree to these policies:
You may cancel a class for a full refund or class credit 14 days before the start date of the class.
All scheduled classes and workshops start and end on time. Please be prompt in your arrival and departure, as we often have other classes starting after yours. Arriving 15 minutes late to a class counts as a no-show, and no make up class will be offered. Instructors are subject to change.
We reserve the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment or unforeseen conflicts. If a class is cancelled, we will do our best to reschedule the session. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, you will be issued a refund.
Please note that we may take photos during the workshop to use on social media. If you do wish to be photographed, please let the teacher know when you arrive.
