Workshop Description:

Weaving is an exceptionally satisfying art form, especially when learning the basics, and then going way beyond them, to create a super vibrant and exciting piece. In this workshop, you'll learn many stitches and techniques for creating a fabulous and unique weaving, filled with color, texture, multiple fibers, fringes, tassels and decorative elements. The materials fee covers everything you'll need, including the looms I'll make for you to use & take home, many gorgeous fabrics and yarns, and various other decorations to add to your piece. (Optionally, you're most welcome to bring your own stash of fabrics, yarns and decorative elements to add to your weaving). No art or weaving experience is necessary, and all levels are most welcome.
